We have come here religiously for almost a decade to celebrate a birthday or two every year. Everyone really seems to love the lively cook side service. We had an especially talented chef, Mike, who stood out this time with his great sense of humor and most importantly his cooking talents. The steaks and seafood all have great color and seem very fresh. Portions are pretty generous especially with the two protein entrees. I'm a bit biased for the seafood options but many steak eaters at my table would certainly dissent. You have to eat in the order items are prepared if you want your food hot. There are some time gaps between selections so don't wait and let your food get cold.
Christian was amazing! This has been the best experience I've had at Benihana. He was super engaging, made jokes and just chatted with us. He also portioned out my rice because I asked for extra garlic butter. When I've asked other grill masters before, it's hit or miss if they want to do the extra work. The scallops are absolutely delicious. It was my favorite and I enjoyed it more than the shrimp and lobster. If I ever come back, I would order just the scallops. I've had their wagyu ribeye before as well and thought it was only ok. Most of their meats (ribeye, lobster, shrimp) are always a tad dry but never the scallop -- highly recommend!

First time at this location and it wont be my last. Mariano was amazing! I believe he said that he just started working there not too long ago, but you couldn't tell because he was great. He went above and beyond to make sure all of our orders were correct and that we enjoyed our dinner. Jorge was also very helpful and friendly. We came later in the evening to celebrate a birthday, so it wasn't too busy but the vibes were good and the food was excellent.
